-In accordance with the character of the Tanzimat period, the building is the first example of the Western urbanism approach.

-The City Hall is located at ÅžiÅŸhane Square, at the intersection of Yolcuzade Ä°skender, MeÅŸrutiyet and Ä°lk Belediye Streets.

-In the renovated BeyoÄŸlu Municipality building; council hall, foyer area, presidential, meeting room, guest lounge, vice-chambers, directorates, service units, external relations office, assembly group rooms, art gallery, reception, cafeteria and restaurant units. The building, which has been restored according to the requirements of the day, will be able to organize organizations such as symposiums, exhibitions, international hospitality and receptions.
